Founded over 35 years ago by Paul Greenaway, Greenaway Construction was built from the ground up through hard work, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of cottage country construction. Greenaway Construction established themselves as trusted builders in Dorset with a commitment to building quality projects that stand the test of time in Muskoka’s demanding conditions.
What began as a small family operation has grown into a trusted name across Lake of Bays, Muskoka, and the Algonquin Highlands, known for reliable service, strong relationships, and attention to detail.

Today, the next generation, Cole and Shea Greenaway, are proudly carrying the company forward alongside Paul and an experienced and dedicated crew. While staying true to the values the business was built on, Greenaway Construction continues to evolve with the industry, adapting to new building methods, project demands, and the changing needs of waterfront and cottage property owners.
From custom boathouses and docks to full cottage construction and barging services, the team remains focused on delivering dependable workmanship and personalized service on every project.
